ANGLeS (Apollo Next Giant Leap Student) Challenge - Las Cruces

ANGLeS (Apollo Next Giant Leap Student) Challenge

This is a robotics competition that will occur on July 19th & 20th, which is the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 landing. We will be offering co-curricular and extracurricular activities, and teacher professional development to support school participation. The grand prize is a trip for the five main team members and the flight leader to the Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX. We plan to provide all necessary materials including the drone and the EV3 Robotics Kit. We are looking for teams from all over NM to participate, and also need volunteers to hold local competitions if interest is high.

More information and a link to the registration form can be found HERE. If you have any questions, you can contact Clara Graham, cwelles@nmsu.edu.
