We are accelerating our efforts to advance career-connected learning in afterschool and summer learning programs with the introduction of the Career-Connected Learning: A Framework for Out-of-School Time Providers. This new Framework is an actionable tool for out-of-school time providers and staff who want to design and implement career-connected STEM learning experiences in out-of-school time—afterschool and summer programs. In this training\, attendees will be introduced to the concept of career-connected learning\, dive into the Framework and its four main strategies\, and leave with materials to support professional development for staff and three career-connected learning STEM lessons to facilitate with youth.  \nAudience: This training is designed for out-of-school time program providers and staff\, including directors\, professional development and quality specialists\, and facilitators.
