This session challenges the traditional mentor/mentee model\, exploring what happens when we redefine mentorship around lived experience rather than years lived. \nJoin us to learn what it actually takes to build partnerships where young people and older adults learn from each other as equals. Panelists will unpack how peer-to-peer networks are reshaping the way young leaders can find support\, and how cross-generational relationships can move beyond advice-giving into genuine collaboration.
